Shipping policy

We deliver all of our orders using Australia Post’s express service, and require a signature on delivery. Due to COVID-19 signature on delivery may be managed differently by Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-updates/no-signature-required-for-delivery-or-collection

We charge a flat rate handling and shipping fee of $20 on all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia; however we aim for next day delivery for all orders placed prior to 2pm.

If orders have not been dispatched within 2 business days we will contact you with more information on your order. We like to keep you in the loop so you will be notified as soon as your item is posted.
